About The Role
We are looking for an experienced clinical supervisor to support and coach our clinical team. You will be providing individual and group supervision to staff in relation to their clinical work with clients and their development as clinicians. Ideally, you enjoy providing guidance and offering your expertise to help improve the lives of our clients and work of our therapists.
Job Duties
- Supervise clinical staff by providing individual and group clinical supervision.
- Provide ongoing training for growth and development.
- Help ensure clinical outcomes are met through our approach and practices.
Education, Training, Experience
- Master’s level degree in psychotherapy, social work, psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision to individuals and groups preferred
- Experience providing individual, couple and group therapy on a wide range of clinical issues
Registration as an RCC, CCC, or RSW is required

As we hire more counsellors throughout the Summer, there will be the option to take on more hours if wanted.

Who We Are
Road To Hana is a brand new Counselling and Wellness practice, located on Alberni Street in the heart of downtown Vancouver, opening in July. Clients are greeted with welcome beverages, biscotti and a hot towel treatment whilst they await our services in our relaxing lounge. While most of our offices are used for therapy sessions, we also have a Cosmetic Treatment Boutique located within the centre. High profile clients will have the option to come after hours for complete privacy whether it’s for therapy sessions or for cosmetic treatments. It is also very important for us to offer a pro-bono program for low-income individuals to receive complementary therapy sessions. Our ultimate mission is to improve the mental health of all who enter the practise. All of our staff are either a part of or allies to the LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities and all feminists.
