Nous recherchons un joueur d'équipe qui accorde la priorité à l'établissement de relations - tant avec les employés de notre siège social qu'avec nos clients grossistes externes.

Que feras-tu:

Assistance générale et bureautique et administration Soutenir le Vice-président principal aux Ventes pour les demandes quotidiennes, telles que le traitement des bons de commande, l'ouverture des ventes et des dossiers clients, etc. Examen des manuels des fournisseurs et suivi des demandes des clients Effectuer les tâches hebdomadaires, y compris l'impression des rapports hebdomadaires de ventes et d'inventaire, et les suivis d'initiative avec les représentants Préparer les feuilles de calcul d'inventaire et les demandes de prix Téléchargement de photos pour les clients grossistes Assister et préparer les réunions avec les clients et prendre des notes de réunion Gérer la correspondance avec les représentants afin de faire le suivi des initiatives Fournir un soutien à la direction (réunions diverses, communications, plans) Diverses autres tâches selon les besoins Autres tâches assignées

Ce que vous apportez :

3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la distribution et l'attribution de chaussures, de préférence Diplôme d'études collégiales préféré, mais non requis Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite et compétences interpersonnelles avec un suivi supérieur Compréhension solide, capacités d'écoute Capacité à maintenir un haut niveau d'énergie et un sens de l'urgence Excellentes compétences intuitives, analytiques et de résolution de problèmes Solides compétences en travail d'équipe avec la capacité d'établir et de maintenir des relations de travail positives et efficaces Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à bien travailler (et parfois rapidement) sous pression et dans un environnement multitâche. Débrouillard et autonome. Une attention particulière aux détails et à la précision Capacité de travailler indépendamment Maîtrise des produits Microsoft Office et compétences intermédiaires en Excel préférées Bilingue français (français parlé), anglais (écrit et parlé de haut niveau).

Steve Madden Canada is looking for Sales Coordinators who can provide top-quality support to our Senior Vice President of Sales and Internal Partners while responding to requests regarding products, shipments, and deliveries. Our new representative will address all internal and external inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and product knowledge while keeping our core values in mind. This position is an extremely customer-focused role and requires a positive, mature professional who can inspire confidence in our products, people, and processes. We are looking for a team player who prioritizes building relationships – with both our head office employees and our external wholesale clients.

What you will do:

General and office support and administration Supporting the Senior Vice President - Sales for day-to-day requests, such as processing purchase orders, opening of sales and customer files, etc Review of vendor manuals and follow up with customer requests Carry out weekly tasks, including printing out weekly sales and inventory reports, and initiative follow-ups with representatives Prepare inventory worksheets and pricing requests Uploading of pictures for wholesale clients Attend and prepare client meetings and take meeting notes Manage correspondence with representatives in order to follow up on initiatives Provide support to management (various meetings, communications, plans) Various other tasks as required Other duties as assigned

What you bring:

3-5 years’ footwear distribution and allocations experience preferred College degree preferred but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with superior follow-through Solid comprehension, listening skills Ability to maintain a high level of energy and sense of urgency Excellent intuitive, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships Ability to multitask and work well (and fast at times) under pressure and in a multitasking environment. Resourceful and autonomous. Careful attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently Proficient with Microsoft Office products, and intermediate Excel skills preferred Bilingual French (spoken French), English (high level writing and speaking).
