Responsibilities
Tes principales TÂCHES / RESPONSABILITÉS en tant que coordonnateur de service à Laval :
- Monter des soumissions - Faire des estimés
- Gestion de soumission de service résidentiel
- Suivi des commandes et des retours de pièces
- Gestion de l’inventaire des pièces
- Maintenir des bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs
- Gestion des bons de commandes
- Préparation des commandes de stock pour les techniciens
- Résolution de problématique avec les clients
- Toutes autres tâches connexes au bon déroulement du département de service
Qualifications

- Tu as occupé un poste similaire
- Tu détiens des connaissances techniques (pièces) dans le domaine HVAC
- Tu peux monter des soumissions
- Tu communiques et t'exprimes bien (Français excellent, anglais fonctionnel)
- Tu es à l'aise avec l'informatique en général
- Tu es jovial et détiens un bon sens du soutien à la clientèle
- Tu as de l'entregent et tu aimes travailler en équipe
