**About us**: Cie 2 Ameriks/GoGo Quinoa is an innovative food company based in Laval, Quebec specializing in the import, processing, and wholesale of organic and gluten-free products. We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team and to help us pursue our mission of contributing to the nutritional well-being of all by offering nutritious, innovative, and flavorful products, ethically, and responsibly.

In both 2019, 2020, and 2021 GoGo Quinoa won the Innovation of the Year award from the CTAQ (Conseil de la Transformation Alimentaire du Québec) for its puff snacks (fauxmage, sriracha, and salt & vinegar) and vegan macaroni and cheese.

Nous recherchons un Coordonnateur du service à la clientèle et des ventes pour se joindre à notre équipe grandissante et pour nous aider à poursuivre notre mission de contribuer au bien-être nutritionnel de tous en offrant des produits nutritifs, innovateurs et savoureux, de façon éthique et responsable.

En 2019, 2020 et 2021, GoGo Quinoa a remporté le prix de l'innovation de l'année du CTAQ (Conseil de la Transformation Alimentaire du Québec) pour ses collations feuilletées (fauxmage, sriracha et sel et vinaigre) et ses macaronis et fromages végétaliens.

**TASK**:

- Customer Services (60% of your time)
- Coordinate internally to get the answer or solution you need.
- You are the face of the company; interactive communication is key, collect maximum feedback, and deliver more than expected.
- Reasons customers call, but not limited to General inquiry about the company or products, how to or ideas on the use of a product, complaints or concerns, online orders or even new prospects or distribute to sell our products in stores or else.
- Sales Coordination (40% of your time)
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
- Perform administrative duties, such as preparing new listing sheets, content or image updates, price adjustment sheets, and filing account reports.
- Manage some local customers/stores; inquiries, confirming orders, etc.
- Updating information in the CRM system
- Occasional needs for travel (locally, nationally, or internationally) to assist in trade shows. Usually short stays between 2 to 4 days per travel
- Occasional store visits upon need
- Reporting to the director of sales

**Work requirements**:

- **Education**:University degree
- **Skills and Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of the principles and processes of customer service. This includes assessing client needs, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the French-English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Knowledge of the principles and methods of presenting, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

**TÂCHE**:

- Raisons pour lesquelles les clients appellent, mais sans s'y limiter : enquête générale sur l'entreprise ou les produits, comment ou dées sur l'utilisation d'un produit, plaintes ou préoccupations, commandes en ligne ou même de nouveaux prospects ou distribuer pour vendre nos produits en magasin ou autre.
- Coordination des ventes (40 % de votre temps)
- Fournir aux clients des échantillons de produits et des catalogues.
- Effectuer des tâches administratives, telles que la préparation de nouvelles fiches d'inscription, des mises à jour de contenu ou d'images, des fiches d'ajustement de prix et le dépôt de rapports de compte.
- Gérer certains clients/magasins locaux ; demandes de renseignements, confirmation de commandes, etc.
- Mise à jour des informations dans le système CRM
- Besoins occasionnels de déplacement (local, national ou international) pour participer à des foires commerciales. Généralement de courts séjours entre 2 et 4 jours par voyage
- Visites occasionnelles en magasin selon les besoins
- Relevant du directeur des ventes
