We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. This role is in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:
• Processing and validating invoices with attention to detail
• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded
• Releasing statements and pricing information in a timely manner
• Utilizing QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and invoice processing
• Performing cross-referencing tasks and coding for payment
• Maintaining accurate customer credit records
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary
• Handling up to 100 invoices and ensuring payment schedules are adhered to
• Resolving customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assisting with other accounting duties as required
• Possess a strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in Billing and Invoice Processing is crucial
• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
• Demonstrable expertise in using Microsoft Excel for accounting purposes
• Familiarity with QuickBooks for managing financial records
• Knowledge of Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
