Job Overview

Incomatic Accounting Inc. is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth accounting operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries accurately
  • Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy

  • Must be bondable
