Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of modular housing projects across various locations. You will collaborate closely with our skilled team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of modular housing projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or modular housing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in diverse and challenging environments.
