ERP Project Coordinator

ERP Project Coordinator 2 Support the ERP project managers and the project team in delivering the ERP project successfully. Responsibilities will include creating and updating the project plan, schedule, budget, and scope; coordinating and facilitating the project meetings, workshops, and training sessions; communicating and reporting the project status, risks, issues, and changes to the project manager and other stakeholders; managing and tracking the project resources, deliverables, and documentation; assisting the project manager in quality assurance, testing, and deployment of the ERP system; as well as providing end-user support and feedback during and after the project implementation.

Requirements:
  • -Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • -Strong understanding of ERP systems and implementation processes.
  • - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • -Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • -Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • -Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • -Experience with risk management and issue resolution.
  • -Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • -Strong decision-making skills.
  • -Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • -Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • -Experience with vendor and stakeholder management.
  • -Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • -Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
