Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Project Manager to join our team at Astra North Infoteck Inc.. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in managing ERP Cloud projects, specifically within the Oracle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee ERP Cloud project management with a focus on Oracle Applications, ensuring successful delivery of solutions tailored to business requirements.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Finance and Supply Chain modules to guide project teams through all phases of implementation.
  • Facilitate effective communication between ERP Business Stakeholders and IT Implementation Teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), to support solution design and configuration.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and resources, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks associated with project execution.
  • Deliver comprehensive status reports to senior leadership, highlighting project milestones and any potential issues that may arise.
  • Support technical teams in their efforts related to data conversion, integration, and operational readiness, ensuring all IT requirements are met.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT ERP Cloud project management, with a strong focus on Oracle Applications.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful Oracle Applications solutions, including upgrades and integrations.
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud Finance and Supply Chain modules, with a deep understanding of their functionalities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data for effective project reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
