Job Overview

As an ERP Project Coordinator at Astra North Infoteck Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting the ERP project managers and the project team to ensure the successful delivery of the ERP initiative. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the creation and ongoing updates of the project plan, timeline, budget, and scope.
  • Coordinating and facilitating project meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Communicating project status, risks, issues, and changes effectively to the project manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Managing and tracking project resources, deliverables, and documentation to maintain project integrity.
  • Supporting the project manager in quality assurance, testing, and deployment of the ERP system.
  • Providing end-user support and gathering feedback during and after the implementation phase.

Qualifications:
  • - A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • - A solid understanding of ERP systems and their implementation processes.
  • - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • - Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • - Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • - Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • - Experience in risk management and issue resolution.
  • - Adaptability to changing project requirements.
  • - Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • - Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • - Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • - Experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
  • - Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • - Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
