Part-Time Receptionist

A shopping center located in the East of Montreal is looking for a part-time receptionist for its administrative offices.

The schedule is on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, under a permanent contract. The position offers parking or easy access to public transportation (Radisson metro station).

Please note that this position is exclusively part-time, but you may be required to work additional hours some weeks, in addition to Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Advantages
Benefits for the Receptionist - Secretary Position:

Located in the East of Montreal
Permanent part-time contract on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary of $21 to $23 per hour
On-site parking
Easy access by metro (Radisson station)

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls to the shopping center's administrative office
Relay messages to the relevant parties
Check the email inboxes of the receptionist and our website
Perform photocopying and document scanning
Refill paper in the two office photocopiers, etc.

Qualifications
Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Proficient in Office Suite and Outlook
