Part-Time Receptionist and Store Clerk Position

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Store Clerk/Receptionist to join our client's team in Ville Saint-Laurent. This hybrid role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a varied work environment.
Responsibilities:- Receptionist (2 days per week: Monday and Tuesday):
- Greet and direct visitors with professionalism.
- Handle and transfer approximately 100 incoming calls daily.
- Perform administrative tasks and support office operations.
- Store Clerk (Thursdays only):
- Manage and organize the employee store.
- Maintain product displays and track inventory.
- Complete customer transactions and balance the register at the end of the day.
- Lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be comfortable lifting boxes that can weigh up to 25 lbs.
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time while working in the store (on Thursdays).
- Must be comfortable working in the cold when restocking products in the fridges.
- Experience as a receptionist or administrative clerk.
- Proficient in MS Office and IT tools.
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Starting salary: $21/h.
- Schedule: only Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
