Responsibilities
what you will do:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in both English and French.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
what you have to have :
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
