Purpose of the position
Managed by Cogir Immobilier, the mission of the Jazz Newman residence is to offer seniors living supervision in a safe and warm environment, where our wonderful team makes all the difference for our residents. We are currently looking for a receptionist to fill a permanent part-time position, 15 hours per week, evenings, from 4 to 9 and every other weekend. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Provide a high level of customer service Greet visitors Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties Distribute notices to residents Research, collect and compile information for reports and transmit to all vested parties Prepare and send occasional mail outs Manage the sale of meal vouchers and manage the petty cash related thereto Maintain the residence directory Note and following up on all residents' requests Receive, open, organize and distribute the mail Receive and redirect incoming calls Writing letters/documents and performing other clerical tasks

Customer service approach Ability to develop relationships Professionalism, versatility, commitment, sense of organization and initiative Focused on teamwork and collaboration Discretion and Rigor
Required qualifications :
Customer service experience an asset A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software High school diploma (SSD) A DEC in business administration or any related dicipline
