This is a hybrid position and requires you to work onsite from our Barrie office. 100% work-from-home is not available for this position.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
As an Experienced Collections Professional , you will be:
Making contact with consumers via telephone to arrange payments for past due accounts. Completing initial trace work using online tools and account systems. Verifying consumer information. Professionally negotiating with consumers and exploring money sources to determine the best possible arrangement. Maximize revenue and achieve set goals and objectives. ·Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
You have at least 1-2 years of experience working in collections Experience in third-party collections is desirable Strong communication skills, both written and verbal You have strong interpersonal skills.
