Senior Collection Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Collection Agent to join our team to work on high-profile Banking and Utility clients. In this role, you will leverage your experience and communication skills to recover past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Recover past-due accounts through consistent collection calls
- Utilize skip tracing techniques and databases to locate debtors
- Analyze and evaluate financial reports and data to inform collection strategies
- Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collection goals
- 5+ years of experience in collections
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Superior communication, math skills, and problem-solving skills
- Quality assurance testing regularly
- Proven leadership skills and teamwork skills
- A proven track record of exceeding collection goals
- Clear background check
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
