Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Rep to drive our growth initiatives. In this role, you will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our strategic vision for a healthier future. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required, as travel within the GTA will be necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Market Exploration: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to uncover potential clients and business opportunities that align with our mission and values.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth while reflecting our commitment to ethical practices.
  • Networking & Representation: Represent SereneAid at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, showcasing our dedication to excellence in healthcare solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive strategies and initiatives that enhance client satisfaction.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and deliver insightful reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Negotiation Excellence: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability and ensure alignment with our values of integrity and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, coupled with a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, reflecting our commitment to client-centered service.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
