Role Overview: We are seeking apassionate and resultsoriented Outdoor Sales Repto drive our growth initiatives. In this role you will bepivotal in identifying new business opportunities nurturing clientrelationships and contributing to our strategic vision for ahealthier future. A valid driver s license and access to a vehicleare required as travel within the GTA will benecessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • MarketExploration: Conduct comprehensive market analysis touncover potential clients and business opportunities that alignwith our mission andvalues.
  • RelationshipBuilding: Establish and cultivate strong lastingrelationships with existing and prospective clients understandingtheir unique needs and providing tailoredsolutions.
  • Strategic SalesPlanning: Develop and implement innovative salesstrategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth whilereflecting our commitment to ethicalpractices.
  • Networking& Representation: Represent SereneAid at industryevents conferences and networking functions showcasing ourdedication to excellence in healthcaresolutions.
  • CrossFunctionalCollaboration: Work closely with marketing productdevelopment and customer service teams to ensure cohesivestrategies and initiatives that enhance clientsatisfaction.
  • PerformanceReporting: Prepare and deliver insightful reports onsales performance market trends and competitive analysis to supportinformeddecisionmaking.
  • NegotiationExcellence: Negotiate contracts and agreements withclients to maximize profitability and ensure alignment with ourvalues of integrity and clientsatisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in businessdevelopment or sales ideally within the healthcare or technologysectors.
  • Strong understanding ofmarket dynamics and customer needs coupled with a passion forimproving healthcareoutcomes.
  • Exceptional communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills reflecting our commitment toclientcenteredservice.
  • Selfmotivated resultsdrivenand able to work independently while thriving in a collaborativeenvironment.
  • Proficiency in CRMsoftware and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
  • Must have a validdriver s license and access to a vehicle. Travel expenses will bereimbursed.
