Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes

•    Construire et promouvoir des relations solides et durables avec les clients en établissant un partenariat avec eux et en comprenant leurs besoins.
•    Présenter des rapports annuels et périodiques sur les ventes et les marges
•    Préparer les prévisions de ventes annuelles et le budget commercial
•    Identifier les marchés émergents et les évolutions du marché tout en étant pleinement conscient des nouveaux produits et de l'état de la concurrence
•    Adopter les processus et règles standard de l'entreprise pour les appels d'offres et l'obtention de contrats en coordination avec les plates-formes et les métiers.

En tant que candidat idéal, vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

•    Diplôme d'ingénieur ou de commerce.           
•    Master en administration des affaires ou en ingénierie (souhaitable).
•    Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur ferroviaire ou dans un secteur connexe ou dans l'ingénierie de projet.
•    Grande maîtrise des produits et services de l'organisation.
•    Bonne connaissance et bonnes relations avec les clients du secteur des transports dans le pays/le groupe/la région (souhaitable).
•    Bonnes capacités numériques et analytiques.
•    Bonne capacité de planification et d'organisation.
•    Forte capacité à convaincre, à influencer et à persuader.
•    Bonne capacité à résoudre les problèmes, à faire preuve d'esprit critique et à prendre des décisions.
•    Sens du développement commercial et capacité à anticiper les besoins des clients.
•    Capacité à s'adapter à des environnements exigeants et changeants.
•    Esprit international et bonnes aptitudes à la communication en anglais.

Achieving growth and sales targets. Support customer director in implementing the sales strategy and execution of projects.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Presenting annual and periodic sales and margins reports
  • Preparing annual sales forecasts and commercial budget
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Adopting standard company processes and rules for tenders and securing contracts in coordination with Platforms and métiers.

 

As our ideal candidate, you possess the following:

  • Graduate Degree in Engineering or Business field.           
  • Master of Business Administration or in Engineering (Desirable).
  • At least 5 years’ experience in rail or related business or project engineering industry.
  • High proficiency in the organization’s products and services.
  • Good knowledge and connections with Transport clients/customers in the Country/Cluster/Region (Desirable).
  • Good numeric and analytic abilities.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Strong ability to convince, influence & persuade.
  • Good problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making.
  • Business development Acumen and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Ability to adapt to demanding and changing environments.
  • International mindset with good communication skills in English.
  • Sensitive to global & local cultural factors.
