We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to lead our regional sales representatives and drive our global sales development activities.Job Purpose: Provide leadership and management for regional sales representatives and sales development activities, aligned with strategic direction and corporate goals.Functional responsibilities :Manage and organize leads and opportunities.Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead generation.Target and build relationships with new customers.Supervise, support and motivate our sales representatives and distributors.Help organize trade shows and conferences.Conduct virtual presentations with customers.Participate in global expansion.Help customers organize their piping workshops.Provide technical support.Skills required:Proven sales experience and skills.Strong relationship-building skills.Effective for motivating sales reps.Organized and familiar with CRM systems.Comfortable presenting to large groups.Familiar with American culture.Able to accept rejection and failure.Skilled at finding new customers and connecting with senior management.Welding experience and skills.Experience and skills in mechatronics.Knowledge of pipe shop operations.Autonomous and resourceful.Ability to prioritize and plan schedules.Team player.Curious and up to date with new technologies and companies in welding automation.Willingness to travel.Why Tecnar?Be part of a pioneering company in welding automation.Work in a fast-growing company that's not afraid of challenges and new projects.
