We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to lead our regional sales representatives and drive our global sales development activities.
Job Purpose: Provide leadership and management for regional sales representatives and sales development activities, aligned with strategic direction and corporate goals.
Functional responsibilities :
- Manage and organize leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead generation.
- Target and build relationships with new customers.
- Supervise, support and motivate our sales representatives and distributors.
- Help organize trade shows and conferences.
- Conduct virtual presentations with customers.
- Participate in global expansion.
- Help customers organize their piping workshops.
- Provide technical support.
Skills required:
- Proven sales experience and skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Effective for motivating sales reps.

- Familiar with American culture.
- Able to accept rejection and failure.
- Skilled at finding new customers and connecting with senior management.
- Welding experience and skills.
- Experience and skills in mechatronics.
- Knowledge of pipe shop operations.
- Autonomous and resourceful.
- Ability to prioritize and plan schedules.
- Team player.
- Curious and up to date with new technologies and companies in welding automation.
- Willingness to travel.
