Regional Account Manager

ServiceMaster Restore is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills. As a member of the business development team, you will be responsible to pursue and develop business relationships as a key representative and liaison with industry stakeholders within the region. This unique role requires a combination of sales, account management and brand marketing functions.

What you will do:

Conducts all activities in accordance with ServiceMaster’s corporate objectivesStrategic Sales/business development plan and executionWork closely and effectively with the Disaster Restoration teamPromote the DR business strategies and key program initiativesMaximize efforts with insurance companies, brokers, property management and collateral markets.Manages all program accounts and facilitates dispute resolution to conclusionEnsures tracking of account assignments, reporting and sales resultsOrganize and participate in industry-related events to support regional and national marketing activitiesPromote and coordinate regional client training opportunities and other related continuing education sessions (CE)Assist with HO Regional Meetings and other business-related workshopsProvide a monthly update on account management, sales &marketing activity, meetings, and industry events/ functionsUtilize the customer contact database (CRM) supported by corporate officeResponsible to align, coordinate and maintain budgetEffectively manage promotional and marketing expenses


 What you will bring:

Minimum 5 years sales and business development experienceSales Training completionRestoration and property insurance/ claims an assetExcellent presentation and communication skills necessaryEffective interpersonal and customer service skillsExceptional organizational skills and self-motivationEnthusiasm, energy, and punctualityStrong computer skillsMust possess a valid driver’s license, vehicle and have a willingness to travelYou must have a developed interest and experience in the field of damage restoration & insurance claims
