Job Description

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, available between 7:30 and 8:00

As a dispatcher , you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating the pick-up of vehicles at our customers' sites.

More specifically, in addition to having lots of fun, you'll be responsible for : 

Planning and organizing drivers' work Confirm pick-up contact details (name, address, telephone) Confirm car status (accident, burned, stolen, flat tires, etc.) Check towing availability and offer customers a towing slot; Complete purchase orders and other transactional documents Work with internal customers: call center agents, branch managers, buyers and drivers Answer internal customer calls in an efficient, courteous and professional manner Enter data Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to drivers All other related tasks

Qualifications

What it takes to excel in this role : 

Provide outstanding customer service Be bilingual (French and English, spoken and written) Enjoy being part of a team and actively participate in team spirit Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism Be resourceful Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
