What’s the ask?

The successful candidate will provide administrative support on new and renewal accounts in partnership with Commercial Account Representatives to ensure client retention and timely customer service.

What you will do:

Work closely with team to provide support on policy changes, renewals, new business, proposals, follow ups, binders, slips, finance contracts, scanning and other duties as assigned by ManagerPrioritize work received from Commercial Account Representatives & Commercial Brokering Specialists based on request type, through proper management of inbox and follow up queue, with special attention paid to timelines on preparation of liability slips, memorandums of insurance, certificates of insurance (timelines may change based on prioritization of requests

What you will bring:

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience. RIBO license or ability to obtainCustomer-centric, friendly and professional at all timesExceptional organization skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office productsProfessional, responsive, and a positive work attitude is essentialStrong problem identification and problem resolution skillsPrevious experience with Epic would be an assetCIP, CAIB, CRM (or working towards designation) would be an asset
