Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator works on the Marketing Manager’s team and is responsible for the coordination of all marketing activities. They will support the marketing team in the development, execution, deployment and post-campaign analysis of all marketing initiatives, ensuring a coherent brand message and customer experience across all channels. They will closely collaborate with the content, creative, and studio teams, as well as other departments in the organization to coordinate marketing efforts.

What your day to day will look like:

  • Assist in initiating, planning, and executing multifaceted marketing projects within a cross-functional team;
  • Coordinate all marketing activities with internal stakeholders and external agencies and suppliers;
  • Create briefs for all marketing materials in collaboration with the Marketing Manager as well as the content and creative teams;
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of all advertising materials;
  • Assist the Public Relations Specialist in the coordination and execution of several PR-related activities;
  • Assist the Social Media Specialist in the coordination and execution of several social media-related activities;
  • Participate in the creation and deployment of email newsletters;
  • Implement marketing content on our website in collaboration with the dev/programming team;
  • Monitor the website to advise on content updates, errors, and opportunities for optimization of SEO;
  • Responsible for website reviews, Google locations and Facebook locations;
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Structube products and its customers;
  • Collate up-to-date information on consumer journey, current marketing trends and competitors;
  • Assist with campaign reporting for all marketing channels to monitor KPI performance;
  • Use analytics tools (such as but not limited to: GA4, LookerStudio, SEMRush, Iconosquare, Hootsuite, Meltwater, Listrak) to suggest improvements in content strategies;
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly and yearly campaign results reporting to detail outcomes and discern actionable insights;
  • Liaise with the Customer Service, Retail Operations and Product departments to optimize the customer experience;
  • Assist with administrative tasks and establish workflow processes in collaboration with the Marketing Manager..

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business or equivalent experience;
  • Bilingual: must be fluent in English and French (both spoken and written)
  • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential;
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability;
  • Self-driven and resourceful with the ability to use one’s own initiative and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Capacity to adapt quickly and multitask while working with tight deadlines;
  • Ability to collaborate within a team;
  • Interest in learning and developing marketing knowledge and proactive in making suggestions.

An Asset:

  • Experience with project coordination;
  • Experience with Magento CMS;
  • Experience with newsletter marketing;
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEM Rush. Hootsuite, Meltwater, Get Candid, Iconosquare, Asana;
  • Knowledge of marketing metrics: CPM, CPC, Impressions, Reach, Engagement, Conversion Rates, etc.;
  • Understanding of customer experience and customer journey;
  • Interest in interior design.
