**RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE**
- Le/la coordinateur(trice) marketing assiste et collabore avec la responsable du marketing produit dans la mise en œuvre des stratégies de marketing digital ainsi que dans les tâches liées au marketing de produit._

**Les responsabilités du/de la coordinateur(trice) marketing comprennent, mais ne sont pas limitées à**:
MARKETING DE PRODUITS

Assister la gestionnaire du marketing de produits dans diverses tâches, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter:

- Remplir les formulaires de marketing de produit selon les besoins.
- Organiser les séances de photographie pour les emballages de produits et le matériel promotionnel, en veillant à ce que les échantillons appropriés soient envoyés pour chaque séance.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de conception pour créer et mettre à jour régulièrement les supports marketing destinés aux équipes de vente (présentation de produits, brochure de l'entreprise, bannières, dépliants sur les produits, listes de prix, fiches de vente, vidéos de l'entreprise, publicité etc.)
- Coordonner les ressources nécessaires pour les salons professionnels (conception graphique pour les kiosques, équipement, échantillons).
- Préparer des échantillons selon les besoins

MARKETING DIGITAL
- Préparer notre calendrier promotionnel mensuel pour notre boutique en ligne (approuvé par la responsable du marketing produit et les opérations).
- Collaborer avec notre équipe de conception graphique pour créer des infolettres hebdomadaires et des bannières de site Web afin de promouvoir les produits et les initiatives de la marque conformément au calendrier annuel de marketing et de promotion.
- Configurer les médias numériques sur la plateforme de commerce électronique (shopify), c'est-à-dire télécharger les listes de diffusion pour les infolettres, les bannières, les téléchargements de produits, la coordination du programme de fidélisation.
- Préparer les rapports mensuels sur les ventes en ligne.
- Mettre à jour et maintenir les informations des produits de commerce électronique sur notre logiciel de gestion de projet.
- Assurer la maintenance des trois sites web de l'entreprise (B2B et B2C), en effectuant des mises à jour régulières du contenu et/ou de la conception selon les besoins.
- Créer un calendrier de contenu et publie régulièrement sur les médias sociaux (Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn).
- Gestion de la communauté (Facebook/Instagram)

SOUTIEN AUX CLIENTS
- Répondre aux demandes des clients à partir de différents canaux (courriel, plateformes de médias numériques, téléphone), en veillant à ce que des mesures soient prises rapidement pour résoudre les problèmes.
- Effectuer des remboursements ou envoi des produits de remplacement si nécessaire.
- Assurer le suivi avec les transporteurs pour les problèmes liés aux expéditions, au besoin.

AUTRES
- Apporter son soutien à l'équipe et à la superviseure pour d'autres tâches, au besoin.

FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE
- Baccalauréat en marketing, en communication ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire

EXIGENCES TECHNIQUES ET PROFESSIONNELLES
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- Bilingue (français et anglais)
- Expérience de travail avec shopify et les médias sociaux
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à gérer son temps et à établir des priorités.
- Capacité à travailler individuellement et en équipe

- The Marketing Coordinator supports and collaborates with the Product Marketing Manager in the implementation of digital marketing strategies as well as with tasks related to product marketing._

**The Marketing Coordinator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
PRODUCT MARKETING

Assists the Product Marketing Manager with various tasks including but not limited to:

- Completing product marketing forms as needed
- Arranges photography sessions for packaging and promotional material, ensuring proper samples are sent for each session
- Works with design team to create and regularly update marketing assets for sales teams (product deck, company brochure, banners, product pamphlets, price lists, sales sheets, company videos, ads etc.)
