• Manage all incoming HR cases, via calls, chat, and service-service requiring significant, HR Generalist knowledge and understanding a wide variety of HR processes, policies, and technical procedures such as questions pertaining to benefits, compensation, wellness programs, year-end performance review, safety, security, and leave of absence
• Be responsible for managing the cases with the utmost care, quality, and attention to detail, all while providing accurate information while enhancing the employee's experience with HR: Connect
• Support daily/weekly operational processes and audits such as (not all inclusive) New Hire Orientation facilitation, Retiree Health processes, HRIS system transactions, Health Sanctions, and Worker's Compensation.
• Partner with the various Center of Excellence (COEs) teams to find resolution to HR inquiries/issues that are outside of the scope of support/knowledge base.
• Be a team player – work closely with peers on case resolution through thought partnership and guidance.

Required Skills (top non-negotiables):
. Resourceful – self-sufficient (efficient)

. Strong Communicator – verbal and written

. Oracle HCM experience
