- Salary range for Customer Service Representative (Procurement) between 50-55K - CAD annually
- Serves as the primary liaison between fiber buyers and the various departments to coordinate timely delivery of raw material requirements to the mills
- Executes the supply plan in collaboration with buyers
- Issues purchase order releases in accordance with departmental procedures and standards and ensure accurate tracking and follow ups
- Monitors receipt of raw materials at the plants and carries out transactions related to quality issues, as needed
- Ensures all internal procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, managing any necessary documentation for material transfers.
- Responds to requests and inquiries from suppliers and Cascades partners in a timely, thorough and process-oriented manner to ensure the delivery of superior service without losing sight of the financial and operational consequences.
- Collaborates with the inventory control team to maintain optimal inventory levels to service Cascades’ units.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' relevant customer service experience, procurement or supply chain in the industrial sector
- Proficient in the use of IT tools, including the Microsoft Office suite (Excel intermediate) and cieTrade and/or SAP software packages.
- Customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
- Collaborative spirit needed to work closely with all team members
- High degree of autonomy and rigor in the execution of your work
- Ability to react and adapt quickly and the agility to propose solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Master both French and English to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, English-speaking provinces, and the United States
