About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience at Structube.

Specifically, this person must demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and assist customers with their inquiries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls
  • Inform and retain customers

Requirements

SKILLS AND QUALITIES

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service expertise

  • Good reading and writing skills in French and English
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent
