Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers, ensuring technician availability and timely service delivery.
- Follow up on parts requisitions and inventory transfers for repairs and service calls.
- Maintain accurate records for the service department, including work orders, cost calculations, and other documentation.
- Conduct telemarketing or outreach activities to promote services and maintain customer relationships.
- Organize shipping and collection of equipment, ensuring accurate purchase orders and timelines.
- Handle service-related inquiries and provide accurate quotes to customers.
- Assist in managing inventory for rental equipment and ensure proper shipping, receiving, and invoicing processes.
- Support the supervisor in service technician meetings and other operational tasks.
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or customer service experience.
- Experience coordinating a service team is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
