Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, with a strong focus on office procedures, scheduling, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient office routines and procedures
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Manage data entry, records, and reports in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in databases and spreadsheets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with database software and electronic scheduling tools
