Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Toronto Appliances Service Ltd. in downtown Toronto.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, with a strong focus on office procedures, scheduling, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient office routines and procedures
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage data entry, records, and reports in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in databases and spreadsheets
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with database software and electronic scheduling tools
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year
