Work in a team atmosphere with other service advisors, technicians, and warranty staff; Opening, processing, and closing work orders;Adjust time on work orders and add segments as needed;Answer telephone for the service department; contact customers with estimated costs for repairs and make arrangements for payment of work orders;Troubleshooting customer issues over the phone;Assist in preparing technicians daily work in the shop;Provide backup support for payroll when required.Background Profile:
Must have mechanical experience or mechanical aptitude;Strong administrative and computer skills required (Outlook, Word, Excel);Exceptional attention to detail;Must be able to lift 50 pounds or less occasionally;Must be comfortable walking, sitting, climbing stairs, etc. while performing duties;Must work overtime and weekends as scheduled and requested;Experience in PFW/CDK business systems would be considered an asset.
