About the Role
- Welcoming customers and gathering information to identify vehicle repair and maintenance work required.
- Providing expert advice on maintenance schedules, explaining the importance of maintenance based on manufacturer recommendations, and selling services.
- Understanding and applying factory and aftermarket warranties, recommending additional services based on vehicle history, time, and mileage, and providing warranty expiration information to the finance office.
- Documenting and completing repair orders, verifying customer information, preferred method of contact, vehicle information, and concerns, and providing an accurate detailed price estimate.
- Obtaining pre-authorization costs, parts availability, and payments.
