**Job Overview**
As a Service Advisor at Alsport Sales, Regina, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers seeking service and repairs for their motorsport and powersport vehicles. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring that service work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Your role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly and understand their service needs. Provide clear and accurate information about services, costs, and timelines.
- **Service Coordination**: Schedule service appointments, coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work and keep customers informed of their vehicle’s status.
- **Work Orders**: Prepare detailed work orders based on customer descriptions, perform initial diagnostics, and communicate service needs to technicians.
- **Sales of Additional Services**: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or repairs based on vehicle inspections and customer needs.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after service is completed, addressing any concerns or questions, and maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of service work, customer interactions, and vehicle history.
- **Parts Coordination**: Work with the parts department to ensure that the necessary parts are available for service jobs and keep customers informed of any delays.
- **Warranty and Insurance**: Process warranty claims and communicate with insurance companies as needed to facilitate repairs.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role, preferably in the motorsport or automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of motorsport and powersport vehicles and their maintenance needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and service management software.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
