We are more than tires We focus on all aspects of maintenance and repair. Our team specializes in programming, ADAS, electric vehicles and we are a licensed locksmith providing key cutting. We have the most up to date equipment that allows us to provide efficient diagnostics on vehicles.

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle maintenance or repairs. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and excel in customer service, this role is perfect for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to client's description of symptoms and clarifying description of problems;
- Checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.
- Working closely with technicians to ensure proper presentation of repair to client
- Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour;
- Maintains client rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining client's approval of estimates;
- Maintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain margins on parts and labour time.

**Qualifications**:

- Relative working experience in automotive field
- Knowledge of mechanical operations to effectively communicate with technicians
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong sales and upselling skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Proficient in cash handling procedures

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
