Responsabilités :
Fournir un soutien complet en administration des systèmes et en opération, y compris la mise en place des accès utilisateurs, la gestion des profils utilisateurs, la réalisation de sauvegardes et de récupérations, ainsi que la supervision des opérations quotidiennes des systèmes informatiques.
Exécuter des mises à jour logicielles et appliquer des correctifs pour garantir que les systèmes sont à jour.
Servir d'interface client pour s'assurer que tous les changements demandés sont efficacement mis en œuvre.
Surveiller les tendances de charge de travail informatique et effectuer des ajustements pour optimiser l'utilisation des ressources informatiques.
Diagnostiquer et dépanner les imprimantes réseau pour assurer un fonctionnement fluide.
Fournir un support technique pratique pour la mise en place de matériel informatique et de périphériques dans les espaces de bureau.
Exigences :
• Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en administration des systèmes et en support opérationnel.
• Capacité avérée à fournir un service client de haute qualité dans un environnement informatique.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français requise.
• Doit être en mesure d'obtenir une habilitation de sécurité de niveau fiabilité.
• Doit être disposé à travailler lors des quarts de jour, des quarts de soir (jusqu'à 00h00) et les week-ends périodiques.
• Expérience dans le diagnostic et le dépannage des imprimantes réseau.
• Expérience dans le soutien technique pratique pour la mise en place de matériel informatique et de périphériques dans un espace de bureau.

Responsabilités
• Provide comprehensive systems administration and operations support, including setting up user access, managing user profiles, conducting backups and recovery, and overseeing day-to-day computer systems operations.

• Serve as a customer interface to ensure all requested changes are effectively implemented.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems administration and operations support.
• Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service in an IT environment.
• Fluency in both English and French is required.
• Must be able to acquire a reliability-level security clearance.
• Must be willing to work day shifts, evening shifts (until midnight), and periodic weekends.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting network printers.
• Experience providing hands-on technical support in setting up IT hardware and peripherals in an office space.
