The responsibilities for this position include:
Handling inbound calls and emails from customers within the post-sales process Working alongside internal sales and production teams as a communication liaison between the company and the end client Answering technical inquiries regarding website creation updates and changes Utilizing an internal CRM to update and access client informationQualifications for this role include:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French 1 year of customer service experience Knowledge of website creation tools and programs Proficient with technology such as MS Office and CRM systemsHours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm PST
Location: This is a 100% remote position, however would need to attend team events and meetings locally in the Vancouver area
