Sympli stands for inclusivity and so do you The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing quality frontline service to clients in order to build and maintain solid customer relationships. As Customer Service Representative, you love customer service and possess a desire to achieve the highest standard. Your energy and outgoing nature make you a real people person with a drive to deliver results and make our customers happy.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Build strong and healthy relationships with all new and repeat/ long term customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquires
- Follow up with customers regarding errors and/or questions with orders or shipping queries.
- Promote use of self-serve options available.
- Use all customer service software and related systems confidently to check status of orders when requested by customers.
- Receive, track and maintain customer feedback - both positive and negative so that the customer experience can grow and evolve.
- Update records (ie customer contact information) as needed.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments as needed to pass on customer requests, complaints, etc
- Accountable for learning the products and various seasonal collections in order to proactively and confidently upsell or promote promos or other sales or loyalty programs as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years in a customer service or call centre related role.
- Empathetic, patient and consistent - you provide every customer with the same high level of amazing service.
- Eagerness to learn and self-improve while having the ability to multi-task and work in a collaborative working environment.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail is the most valuable asset.
- Enthusiastic, team player attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Passion for the apparel and fashion industry.
- Bilingual in the French language, both written and verbal will be considered an asset.
- Support for your team in attendance and punctuality

**Working Conditions**:

- Office environment - 3 days per week
- Requires sitting for long periods of time.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
