Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related least 10 years of experience as a marketing technology and SEO leader, working in a performance-focused digital marketing organization.In-depth knowledge of the marketing technology, traffic, and SEO landscape, with the ability to leverage it to meet business goals.Strong leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives from concept to completion.Excellent communication and presentation skills to pitch cross-company investments and onboard marketers to emerging technologies. Familiarity with Canadian regulations, specifically CASL, and email marketing compliance.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong data management and analytical skills.Ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize projects accordingly.Preferred experience with Adobe stack or a similar automation platform.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive the marketing technology strategy, roadmap, and capability maturity for TurboTax by: Collaborate closely with front doors PM (product management) on ecomm strategy and execution Working closely with the Data and Analytics organizations to properly tag and track performance across front doors and marketing platforms Owning the front doors VOC strategy Partnering with PM (product management), XD (experience design) and PD (product development) to drive on-site personalization to better serve our customers Overseeing CRM data and tech solutions to enhance lifecycle and CJO capabilities Lead performance and technical SEO to achieve top organic search rankings for TurboTax. Plan and prioritize investments for a strong marketing technology, traffic, and SEO portfolio for TurboTax in the next 1-3 years by collaborating with content/blog, social, brand & advertising and XD Partner with business unit leaders to gain insight into pain points, understand their needs, and articulate capability requirements. Design, manage, and refine MarTech training programs to educate marketers on new and existing tools, maximizing their potential. Program manage change management efforts and ensure higher adoption of MarTech, traffic, and SEO capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute industry-standard marketing campaigns and leverage the company's available tech stack. Drive cross-company MarTech, traffic, and SEO business initiatives to enhance customer engagement and experience, ultimately driving revenue growth for TurboTax.
