Our cloud-based product, Verafin, helps fight crime by stopping fraud and money laundering. Stopping the flow of this money means stopping crimes such as human trafficking, elder abuse, and drug trafficking. Our work term students are treated like part of the team and get to work on the same cool problems as our full-time employees. No two days are the same – each day you will collaborate with other teams to problem solve and have an impact in the real world.

Role Responsibilities

Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) account creation

IP allowed list management

Single-sign on assistance

Application performance

Work with customers & other Verafin teams to troubleshoot issues with the above services

Essential Skills & Qualification

Currently enrolled as a student in a technical college program

Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Outstanding customer support skills

Would be good to have experience in a few of these areas:

Object-Oriented Programming 

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Linux Scripting (GREP, SED, AWK)

JSON

SQL

XML
