Our client has an opportunity to join their team as a Senior Property Manager / Property Manager.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and results driven individual to oversee over 1 million square feet of industrial buildings, retail spaces, apartment rental buildings and condominium units.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Rent collections and receivables

a. Ensure timely collection of rent and other receivables

b. Follow up on collection efforts

c. Look after any court or legal proceedings as needed

2. Oversee to ensure that eviction processes, move-ins, warning letters to tenant, etc. are done on a timely manner and in accordance with rules and regulations

3. Maintaining good relations with tenants

a. Ensure good customer service

b. Resolving tenant issues and complaints

4. Leasing and lease renewals

a. Ensure quality tenants are accepted

5. Day-to-day operations of the properties

6. Prepare or review operating budgets as needed

7. Assisting in TI co-ordination to ensure that the TIs are completed as scheduled

8. Maintaining a database of current market rates and trends

9. Preparing monthly status reports on all tenants and vacant spaces and units available for lease

10. Identifying new opportunities for revenue growth

Qualifications:

· At least 5 years working experience as a Property Manager

· Driver’s license
