Senior Property Manager

Rize HR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial and industrial properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, maintaining good relations with tenants, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the collection of rent and other receivables, ensuring timely payment and following up on collection efforts as needed.
- Ensure that eviction processes are handled in a timely and compliant manner, including serving warning letters to tenants.
- Maintain good relations with tenants, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage leasing and lease renewals, ensuring that quality tenants are accepted and that lease agreements are executed in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare or review operating budgets as needed, ensuring that expenses are managed effectively and that revenue targets are met.
- Assist in the coordination of tenant improvements, ensuring that they are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain a database of current market rates and trends, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Prepare monthly status reports on all tenants and vacant spaces, highlighting opportunities for revenue growth and areas for improvement.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Property Manager, with a proven track record of success in managing commercial and industrial properties.
- Driver's license, with a clean driving record.
