Responsibilities:


• Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date

• Handle customer inquiries related to their accounts and resolve any issues that arise

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze data related to customer accounts

• Work closely with the construction applications software for handling specific industry-related tasks

• Manage billing processes, ensuring all invoices are sent out in a timely manner

• Handle cash collections, ensuring all payments are received and accurately recorded

• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure all financial data is correct

• Manage Work In Progress (WIP) reports, ensuring they are updated and accurate.


• Possess skills in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in Billing, Cash Applications, and Cash Collections is essential
• Must have experience with Commercial Collections and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge and understanding of WIP - Work In Progress is required
• Familiarity with Construction, Construction Applications Software, and Construction Cost is desirable
• Prior experience in the Construction Industry is advantageous
