Job DutiesInclude:

  • Ability towork a variety of shifts as this is a 24 hour operationaldepartment
  • Lead teach coach and inspire theteam of Stewarding Attendants Sanitation & RecyclingAttendants Night Cleaners and OutletStockers
  • Complete and review all Kitchen andBanquet Setups and ensure that they are completed accurately and ontime
  • Preform quarterly inventory of chinaglassware silverware and report variances anddiscrepancies
  • Create and input weekly scheduleon excel Watson and Time Enterpriseplatforms
  • Uphold the highest level of hygieneand sanitation regulations ensuring that all equipment in thekitchens and dishwashing areas are clean and in good workingorder
  • Ordering cleaningsupplies
  • Input work orders on items needingrepair
  • When required drive the 1ton deliveryvan to ensure food and supplies are delivered to the correctlocation in a timely fashion
  • All other dutiesasassigned

Qualifications:

Your Skills&Qualifications:

  • Previousleadership experience in Stewarding fieldrequired
  • Proven organizational and coachingskills
  • Class 5 Drivers License with a comfortlevel driving a company vehicle of up to1ton
  • Updated driversabstract                                                                                                     
  • Computerliterate in Microsoft Window applications word excel powerpoint 
  • Strong interpersonal andproblem solvingabilities
