Stewarding Supervisor Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Stewarding Attendants, Sanitation & Recycling Attendants, Night Cleaners, and Outlet Stockers to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen and banquet setups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct quarterly inventory of china, glassware, and silverware, identifying variances and discrepancies.
  • Create and input weekly schedules on Excel, Watson, and Time Enterprise platforms.
  • Ensure the highest level of hygiene and sanitation regulations are upheld, with all equipment in the kitchens and dishwashing areas clean and in good working order.
  • Order cleaning supplies and input work orders for items requiring repair.
  • Drive the 1-ton delivery van to deliver food and supplies to the correct location in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience in the Stewarding field is required.
  • Proven organizational and coaching skills.
  • Class 5 Driver's License with a comfort level driving a company vehicle of up to 1-ton.
  • Updated driver's abstract.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, and you will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
