As a Field Sales Manager at Kognitive Sales Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and building strong customer relationships. You will lead a team of dedicated sales representatives, providing guidance, empowerment, and support to achieve sales targets in their respective regions. As the true "face" of the company in their area, Field Sales Managers act as the primary point of contact for all business and are committed to ensuring client satisfaction while optimizing direct profitability for Kognitive Sales Solutions. 

Program Schedule: 

April 29th – September 24th

Responsibilities: 

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.  Conduct regular on-site visits for training and coaching purposes within the Hamilton, Niagara and Waterloo regions.  Conduct weekly Zoom meetings with the team to discuss successes and introduce new initiatives.  Direct the team's focus towards Gas-Store Features that enhance consumer interest and drive product acquisition and activation.  Lead the logistics of transporting, setting up, and dismantling program materials.  Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and market presence.  Work under the guidance of senior leadership to strategically optimize results, leading to high direct profitability in the region.  Regularly analyze sales performance data to provide insights into trends and track individual and team performance metrics.  Participate in the recruitment process for new Field Sales Representatives and facilitate their smooth integration and training into the team.  Conduct proactive coaching to drive the results of all existing staff, ensuring high-performance levels. 

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of sales experience and 1 year of leadership experience in field sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.  Ability to prioritize effectively, manage effectively multiple projects with tight deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.  Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in partnership with the senior leadership team to identify strategic solutions.  Strong leadership and team management skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.  Ability to be able to travel across Hamilton, Waterloo and Niagara regions as needed to various store locations and have access to a reliable vehicle.  Available throughout the week, with a primary focus on Thursday through Sunday.
