**Admissions & Sales Recruitment**

CLI College of Business, Health & Technology Calgary Campus has an exciting opportunity for the right enthusiastic customer-centered salesperson for admissions and recruitment. This role has the primary responsibility for building new business revenue through the creation and prospecting of potential students.

The ideal person will have proven sales experience, be independent, and be self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications (skills/experience)**
- Experience working in a private post-secondary setting with working knowledge of student recruitment, admissions, or marketing would be preferred
- Familiar with regulations governing student loans/grant programs etc.
- Expertise in sales and be committed to providing a high level of customer service
- Professional and flexible, with a will-do attitude and great networking skills
- Must have exceptional people skills, be a self-starter, goal-oriented and deadline-driven
- Above average communication skills, oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion in helping others achieve their goals
- Self-motivated, have initiative and be dependable
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail with mínimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract and access to a vehicle is necessary

Duties/Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following):
**Marketing and Sales**
- Under the direction of the marketing team and campus manager, engage in student recruitment initiatives to meet enrolment targets and projections
- Cultivate and enhance relationships within the community to create awareness of the college and its programs
- Assist in developing local marketing strategies and promote the college to prospective students increasing enrollment
- Research, prospect, and establish leads via direct phone contact, and networking
- Work with organizations and high schools to facilitate workshops, open-houses, information sessions, and presentations
- Prepare, and attend all off-campus recruitment events, open houses, fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits, community outreach events and programs
- Maintain accurate database, files, and records, both internal and external, and track information electronically
- Administrative duties and support as required
- Assist in planning and executing student graduation ceremonies

**Admissions**
- Monitor and actively respond and record student inquiries, and follow-up with past leads encouraging student enrollment
- Qualify leads, perform student interviews, and book appointments
- Professionally assist prospective students with the admissions process
- Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs, and student feedback to generate reports for management
- Prepare reports as requested by management

**APPLICATIONS**:
**Salary**:$22-24/hr Full time/40 hours a week

- A minimum of 2-years proven sales performance history with a strong background in providing exceptional customer service
