Location: Granby or Terrasse VaudreuilQC.
Salary: $150.000 to $200.000per year depending on experience with commissions or bonuses to bediscussed.
Permanent fulltimeposition: 40 hours per week.
Hybrid schedule offering flexibility between office and remotework.

Responsibilities:
Reportingdirectly to the CEO this role involves developing and executing acommercial development strategy. The incumbent will be responsiblefor leading the sales team ensuring strategic objectives are metand the company continues to grow in a competitivemarket.
Lead and manage the sales team inspiring and motivating members toachieve their individual and collectivegoals.
Develop and implement asales strategy aligned with corporate objectives and focused oncompany growth.
Build strongrelationships with key customers ensuring their needs areunderstood and providing exceptional customerservice.
Analyze market trendsand monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities fordifferentiation.
Develop andmaintain uptodate sales budgets forecasts and performance reportsto inform management decisions.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure salesinitiatives align with companyobjectives.
Identify new marketopportunities and design the strategies and tools necessary topenetrate new markets.
Promoteteam skills development by offering appropriatetraining.
Contribute to promotinga corporate culture focused on continuous improvement quality andtalentretention.
Whatyou will need tosucceed:
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) to supportclients in both languages.
Experience in sales management with a proven track record ofachieving business goals.
Strongleadership and team management skills with the ability to inspiremotivate and effectively coach.
Indepth knowledge of market trends and sales strategies withanalytical skills to support strategicdecisions.
Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills enabling the building andmaintaining of strong clientrelationships.
Analytical andsynthetic ability for developing growth strategies and marketpenetration.
Knowledge of Epicor(an asset) and experience with customer relationship management(CRM)software.
KeySkills: Agility customer orientation leadershiprelationalabilities.
