Recueillir et analyser les besoins des plantes et des collectivités locales Déployer des tactiques d’achat définies par l’acheteur en charge de la famille d’achat, tout en étant supervisé par son responsable et son directeur des achats du pays. Vérifiez que la cohérence du flux DAE entre les acteurs (demandeurs, MBS, acheteur d’usine, acheteur central... Faire des appels d’offres locaux et négocier au besoin, à la recherche d’une création de valeur. Faire une commande en ce qui concerne le seuil de valeur qu’il / elle peut valider Gérer les achats urgents Analyser et optimiser la continuité de l’approvisionnement de l’usine sur ses familles d’achat Partager les résultats des négociations avec les partenaires internes; Partager et valider les mesures de performance (coût, qualité, planification, économies, réactivité...) de sa portée avec des partenaires internes; Mesurer la satisfaction des partenaires internes; Soutenir les acheteurs séniors dans le déploiement des stratégies d’approvisionnement Assurer le lien entre MBS et usine : support à la relation (niveau 2) entre l’utilisateur final de l’usine et MBS (réception, règles métier, litiges, pédagogie, évolution des cartes de catégorie sur les fournisseurs locaux, enjeux sur PO.); Assister à des réunions d’achat mensuelles avec MBS et les pays; Surveillez les KPI et les SLA MBS pour l’usine et animez la partie de progression associée. Identifier les lacunes sur la date de livraison, la qualité... et leurs impacts sur l’entreprise, pour son portefeuille; Résoudre les réclamations mineures; En cas de réclamations récurrentes ou majeures, informez le gestionnaire de contrat de pays; Identifier les opportunités de progrès des fournisseurs pour l’usine et informer le gestionnaire de contrat; Faire des examens de la qualité avec les fournisseurs locaux et gérer les plans de mesures correctives. Appliquer le processus d’achat au paiement : catalogues, création de DAE, utilisation de contrats globaux, règles d’approbation; Respect des règles du Groupe : exigences de qualité, éthique et principes d’achat Michelin; Assurer la qualité des données sur sa portée.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS :

Collect et analyze plant/local needs Deploy purchasing tactics defined by the buyer in charge of purchasing family, while being supervised by his/her manager and country purchasing manager. Check that consistency of DAE flow between actors (requestors, MBS, plant buyer, central buyer... Make local tenders and negotiate when needed, looking for value creation. Make order with respect to value threshold he/she can validate Manage urgent purchasing Analyze et optimize procurement continuity of the plant on his/her purchasing families Share negotiations results with internal partners Share and validate performance metrics (cost, quality, planning, savings, reactivity...) of his scope with internal partners Measure internal partners satisfaction Support Sr. Buyers in the deployment of the sourcing strategies Ensure the link between MBS and plant: support to relationship (level 2) between plant end user & MBS (receipt, business rules, litigations, pedagogy, category cards evolutions on local suppliers, issues on PO...) Attend to monthly purchasing meetings with MBS and countries Monitor KPI & SLA MBS for the plant and animate the related progress part. Identify gaps on delivery date, quality... and their impacts on the business, for his/her portfolio Solve minor claims If recurrent or major claims, inform the country contract manager Identify progress suppliers opportunities for the plant and inform the contract manager Make quality reviews with local suppliers and manage corrective action plans Apply Purchase to Pay process: catalogs, DAE creation, use of global contracts, approval rules, Respect Group rules: quality requirements, ethics and Michelin Purchasing Principles Ensure data quality on his/her scope
