**YOU LOVE TO**:

- Coordinate work to carry out between technicians (workshop and road) and to monitor. Redirect or realign the work to do, if necessary,
- Assist the service manager in planning on a daily basis the technicians’ work schedule,
- Assist interns, apprentices or technicians in repairs and offer them direction and / or training / coaching,
- Review instruction on work orders and ensure the work has been proper carried out, so as to release the equipment for inspection or delivery to the client,
- Ensure the technicians finish the work within the timeframe and the meet the company’s performances for the work carried out,
- Offer internal and external training, when needed,
- Answer client questions, able to convince the client and find solutions to problems in collaboration with the service manager,
- Collaborate with the service manager regarding preparation and performance assessment meetings of technicians,
- At all times, comply with the standards and policies regarding health and safety in the workplace.

**YOU HAVE IDEALLY**:

- Competency card “Class A Mechanic”, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience,
- Vocational diploma in mechanics (construction machines, agricultural equipment, heavy machinery or similar),
- 5 years’ experience and + as a workshop technician or workshop foreman,
- You are passionate about agriculture, business or the industrial field,
- Ability to transmit knowledge, organized, patient, manual dexterity, ability to diagnose a mechanical problem and disciplined
